Ahh....back to the mat with yoga today! We'll keep the heat cranked up on this one as we flow through some cardio-inducing sun salutations.

You're moving right along! Day 9 is all about total-body stength. That means we get to combine upper body, lower body, and core work for one all-encompassing head to toe workout!
