RELAX DEEPLY: Settle in, breathe deep, and allow your worries to drift away in this yoga nidra-inspired, guided relaxation class. Think of FLOAT like a wonderfully long savasana. You’ll lie back comfortably, close your eyes, and passively recharge through conscious and deliberate rest. AND if you happen to FLOAT off to sleep...that’s ok, too! It just means the absence of doing is exactly what your body needed, and then some.

HOW TO USE: Enjoy FLOAT as weekly or monthly maintenance to balance your energy levels, to help you unwind after a busy day, or anytime you’re feeling a bit over-extended. This class STACKS perfectly with any other FLOFICIENT yoga format (Think yoga first, rest after!). You can also rotate it with MELLOW and/or STILL as part of your standard routine on recovery days!

WHAT YOU NEED: Yoga Mat, pillows, and/or blankets. You can also just slide into bed if that’s cozier! Headphones help, too.
