Welcome to Day 5 of your yoga + fitness challenge! After back-to-back days of yoga and stretching, it's time for a little fitness again! BRISK is your 20-minute strength workout. In this class, you'll have a bit more time to focus on reps and form as you work through classic muscle-building and mobility exercises, core included! What You Need: your mat, a pair of sneakers, and a set of weights (preferably light, medium, and/or heavy). No weights? No problem! Just grab a pair of water bottles or soup cans from the pantry and let's get to work!
