HOW TO USE: Enjoy this class once a week on a light training or rest day, or anytime you’re feeling stiff and achy. For beginners, this yoga format is a great place to start! It also STACKS well with classes like BRISK, BRISK HIIT, CLIMB, and STILL.
WHAT YOU NEED: Yoga/Exercise Mat. On occasion, this class my also call for a yoga block, blanket, or strap.
