That means more strength, flexibility, stamina, and depth in your practice over time, and a lot of fun in the interim!
HOW TO USE: Incorporate FLUID as a staple in your weekly routine or rotate it with your other yoga favorites. STACKS great BEFORE classes like FOCUSED, MELLOW, STILL, or FLOAT.
WHAT YOU NEED: Yoga Mat. On occasion, this class may call for a block or you may use one anytime at your discretion!
