This class is designed to help you MOVE as much as possible through progressive sequencing...the kind that helps you create internal heat and target the right muscles at the right time. That means more strength, flexibility, stamina, and depth in your practice over time, and a lot of fun in the interim!

HOW TO USE: Incorporate FLUID as a staple in your weekly routine or rotate it with your other yoga favorites. STACKS great BEFORE classes like FOCUSED, MELLOW, STILL, or FLOAT.

WHAT YOU NEED: Yoga Mat. On occasion, this class may call for a block or you may use one anytime at your discretion!
