BUILD (30 Minutes)
BUILD FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH one workout at a time, starting with Series 01! Each workout in this series uses drop-set and interval training to BUILD on the class before it, allowing you to cumulatively challenge yourself with more complex sets, movements, or added resistance as your muscles adapt. Perfect for beginners and great for skilled strength trainers, alike!
HOW TO USE: Repeat each series once a week for at least 4 weeks before moving onto the next one to master your skills. After that, you can come back and cycle back through your favorites whenever you want!
WHAT YOU NEED: Yoga/Exercise Mat, Athletic Shoes/Sneakers, 3 Sets of Weights (Light, Medium, Heavy)
