In this fast-paced format, you’ll use High Intensity Interval Training to cycle though weighted strength, core, and/or cardio exercises, each followed by a short period of rest. HOW TO USE: This class is built for busy days! Use it alone to inject your day with 10 active minutes, as a fail-safe when your workout time gets cut short, or STACK it with any other FLOFICIENT class that suits you to boost your strength. Best when used BEFORE another format, up to two times per week.

WHAT YOU NEED: Yoga/Exercise Mat, Athletic Shoes/Sneakers, 3 Sets of Weights (Light, Medium, Heavy)
