MASTER FOUNDATIONAL POSES: Keep climbing with RISE, a cumulative yoga series expertly designed help you build your yoga foundation pose by pose and advance your practice over time. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike!

HOW TO USE: Repeat each series once a week for at least 4 weeks before moving onto the next one, so you can see your own progress as it unfolds. After that, you can come back and revisit your favorites whenever you want!

WHAT YOU NEED: Yoga Mat. On occasion, this class my also call for a yoga block, blanket, or strap.
